Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that shows diversity in every society and socio-economic environment in terms of its definition, boundaries, clinical symptoms and course. The peak ages of onset are 15-25 years for males and 25-35 years for females. However, very little is known regarding childbearing either it protects health of women with psychiatric disorders or predispose women to psychiatric disorders. We present our case report as we found it interesting that though the pregnancy of the patient was unknown by herself and her family and no pregnancy tracking was done, she delivered a healthy boy.
