The Characteristics Differentiating Schools From Other Organizations with Regard to Division of Labor

Abstract

The school has a set of characteristics differentiating it from other organizations. In order to understand these characteristics, concepts common to all organizations can be used. The concept "division of labor" is one of them. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of the school differentiating it from other organizations with regard to the concept of division of labor.
