Motivation by Management: The Critical Role of the School Administrator

Abstract

This study discusses how school managers can contribute towards the motivation of teachers and students in order to achieve high quality and productivity in school. For this purpose, following the investigation of the concepts of motivation and administrational motivation, the role of the school manager is emphasized.
